Your crews cook their own meals instead of eating out every night. A big table, crockery, a coffee machine: it feels like home.
Self check-in
Check in from 5 pm, at whatever time suits you. Access codes are sent on the day of arrival: nobody waits around for a key.
Linen, towels, Wi-Fi
Bed linen and towels, soap and shower gel, Wi-Fi and Smart TV are all provided. Your crews just drop their bags.

About twenty minutes from Esch-sur-Alzette and southern Luxembourg, 10–15 minutes from Thionville. The right choice for job sites in southern Luxembourg and the Fensch valley.

How it works

Dates, number of people, job site address: the form below is all it takes.
- Quote within a few hours
We propose the best combination of apartments and one overall price, with lower rates for longer stays.
- Confirmation
Contract and invoice in your company’s name. The apartments are secured as soon as payment is received, by bank transfer or card.
- Arrival
Access codes are sent on the day of arrival, once the security deposit is in place (a card pre-authorisation: nothing is charged if all goes well).
Rates
The price depends on the season, the length of stay and the number of people. For crews of at least 4 people staying 10 nights or more, the rate goes down the longer you stay. For a short stay, you can also book online directly: around 5% cheaper than Airbnb and Booking.com.

Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We issue a contract and an invoice in your company’s name, with full details of the stay.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, after contacting us and receiving an invoice in your company’s name. The apartment is reserved once payment has been received or Kevin has approved a bank transfer confirmation. To book immediately online, pay by card or Apple Pay (on a compatible device).
Do several people share a room?
Yes, most of our bedrooms have several separate beds. That’s how we can house a whole crew in a single apartment, at a price per person far below a hotel.
Where can the crew park their vehicles?
In Hayange, there is a free public car park a 3-minute walk away. In Hettange-Grande, the building has one dedicated parking space, and a free public car park is a 3-minute walk away.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as possible for large crews: big projects and maintenance outages at Cattenom fill up the area fast. Got a last-minute request? Write to us anyway.
Do you speak our language?
We answer in French and English, and use a translator for other languages. Write to us in your language and we’ll reply.
