This page explains what data we collect on www.matchahome.fr, why, and how to exercise your rights. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect and why

The chat may be assisted by an artificial intelligence tool (Anthropic) that drafts replies from your messages. A team member can take over the conversation at any time.
Retention
- Booking data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations).
- Quote requests and conversations with no booking: 3 years after the last contact.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, then we ask again.
- Audience data: as set by Microsoft Clarity (13 months maximum).
Who can access your data
Only our team and our technical providers, for the purposes above: SuperHote (booking engine), Stripe (payment), Crisp (chat), Microsoft (Clarity), Anthropic (chat reply assistance), OVH (hosting), Google (e-mail). Some of them may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We never sell your data.
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Without it, neither the Crisp chat nor Microsoft Clarity sets cookies; only your choice is stored in your browser. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its use, by writing to matchahome.conciergerie@gmail.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
